While I was away for 2 months, many things have happened between these two huge manufactures in Australia.
At the moment Samsung is wanting the iPhone 4S to be band in Australia. After Apple had stopped the shipment of their Galaxy tablets to Australian retailers, due to infringing 2 of their Touch Screen manufacturing techniques, including "How the device corrects a user's finger gesturers". Samsung is claiming that the new iPhone 4S is infringing 3 of its wireless patients, but is postponing its iPhone application until March or at latest, April 2012.
