After wining the court-case against Samsung, stopping all shipping of the Samsung Galaxy tab in Europe with the exception of the Netherlands. Now the 'Most Valuable company in the world' is turning to Motorola and suing them for the exact same reason: patient infringements, more than 40 apparently. This court-case will undoubtedly be followed by similar lawsuits against other Honeycomb tablet makers; until Apple eliminates all of their Android competition.
