Samsung and Apple in Australia Part 2

As the news of Apple's CEO, Steve Jobs retiring is now slowely vanishing from Technology websites's front pages, it is being replacing by Apple's second attempt to stop the imports of Samsung's galaxy Tabs in Australia.

Samsung had created an "Australian version" of the tablet but once the new version of the tablet was seen by Apple, the company insisted that it still infringed their patients; although did not present any new evidence to support their claim. It looks like Apple is not letting ANY Samsung tablet from getting to Australia.
